The Local Vocals Choir presents our annual holiday concert
PEACE ON EARTH
PEACE ON EARTH
Due to popular demand, we are hosting TWO concerts this year so everyone can participate:
Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 7:30 PM,
Sunday Dec. 13 at 3 PM
Location (for both): Royal York Road United Church
RSVP FOR A FREE TICKET VIA EVENTBRITE TO RESERVE YOUR SEAT for this very popular annual event. Due to space constraints, there may be limited admission at the door.
As usual, admission is free, and there will be a free-will collection to support concert expenses and the Christ Church St. James Food Pantry. Suggested donation is $15 per person or PWYC.
Our very special guests are The Sparklettes - Kathleen Eyeman and Mary Panacci - Etobicoke's own professional singing duo who have been entertaining local audiences for over a decade. They are retiring in 2027, so catch them here at one of their last public performances!
The lovely Briar Boake will again be our sparkling hostess.
If you RSVP but are not able to attend, please cancel your ticket to ensure others can attend.

"Your organization has been a loyal and faithful partner in so many ways. Without your help we would not be able to provide the services to many of our clients.
...The increase in families attending our food bank has caused us to experience shortages in our food supplies and has put a burden and stress on our food bank. We are consistently experiencing shortages in donations... due to the elevated quantity of families needing the food bank. The result is that we have been forced to buy additional supplies on a regular basis and extend our hours of operations in order to meet the increased needs. This is why your assistance is crucial to our operation.
Your great generosity and thoughtfulness in providing your support for our food bank is most appreciated. We could not continue to provide our services without efforts like yours."
"You and Local Vocals continue to be such great supporters and we appreciate your effort and commitment so much!"
--
A big thank you to our singers and our audiences for your generous support of the choir, our concerts, and the food pantry on whom so many rely.
